Headlights

Navigation aid, consisting of a fixed structure, of distinct shape and colors, with or without a top mark, mounted at a point with known geographic coordinates, on the coast or on oceanic islands, banks, rocks, reefs, river banks, canal banks, jetties or piers, with a nighttime light range equal to or less than 10 nautical miles.
