1. DEFINITIONS

General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Federal Law No. 13,709 published on August 14, 2018, which regulates the processing of personal data, including in digital media, by a natural person or by a legal entity under public or private law, with the aim of protecting the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the natural person's personality.

Processing Agents: are those responsible for the processing of personal data and are divided into two categories: 

The Controller, the person or company responsible for decisions regarding the Processing of Personal Data.

2.2. DATA SHARING
