Description
UMI SAN was hired to develop the entire Dredging Engineering Project (PED) for deepening the Port of Tubarão, involving a series of studies with different types of surveys (bathymetry, seismic, sonography, jet-probe, geotechnical survey with a self-elevating platform, among others).
After the project, UMI SAN participated in the management and supervision of the dredging and rock removal work, as well as carrying out the Category A multibeam bathymetric survey, reaching a depth of 25.30 meters, allowing the entry of the largest ships in the world (VALEMAX).
